Calgary Catholic Support Staff Association

The association was formed in 1990 which was originally called CCBESSA. We are now known as CEP Local 1990 (Communications Energy Paperworkers Union of Canada). We have approximately 1200 members and two composite locals, The Francophone Public School Region No. 4 and The Francophone Public School Region No. 4; Catholic Francophone. The Executive meets every 3rd Tuesday of the month at the Union office. As per our bylaws we have one Site Rep meeting and three General and one Annual Meeting. The dates and locations of these meetings are always determined on school availability. Our next Annual Meeting is May 29, 2008

SUPPORT STAFF SALARY INCREASE FOR SEPTEMBER 2008 INFORMATION The Average Weekly Earnings adjustment is based on the percentage increase or decrease for the previous calendar year as reported by Statistics Canada in the Average Weekly EArnings for Alberta.
